The quote given is the price you pay and includes my travel expenses to get to and from your boat and will not change. In order to keep the quote as simple as I can, this quote does assume your boat has at least basic and reasonable facilities-eg cooking,water,toilet,bed,working fridge in the summer,working heating in the winter etc. If these are not available it may affect the price as I need to stop more often,bring facilities etc. A fully fitted boat will always be cheaper than a sailaway.
Please note any diesel, gas,pump outs or licence (s) that may also be required will be charged additionally to the quoted price.
The quote (and possibly route) is based on the information you give me. If your boat has unusual dimensions due to, for example, a fixed wheelhouse please add a note in the ‘Further information’ box at the bottom of quote form.

Further Information about your boat
This is not required in order to get a quote but if sent will save me having to ask you alot of questions should you accept my quote. This can be filled in once (and if) you have accepted my quote. If you are unsure and for example buying a boat then a link to the brokers/sales page is always useful but again not neccessary at the quote stage.
Payment
Cash, cheque, Paypal or bank transfer (preferred). A £75 deposit is required to secure your time slot should you accept my quote.

Use of my service shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any charges as quoted to you
Your boat should have a current and relevant licence(s) for the waterways intended, a current BSS certificate and Insurance. You should inform your insurance company that your boat is being delivered by a third party.
Your boat should be sound and serviceable and I should be advised of any known major defects before booking my services.
Any historic or existing repairs/urgent maintenance required in order to be able to move your boat or that become needed through no fault or lack of maintenance caused by myself will be charged at an hourly rate of £25 per hour. Any costs required to obtain parts will also be charged at cost plus my time.
Balance of payment strictly due once boat is delivered. Any diesel, gas or licence (s) that may be required will be charged additionally to the quoted price.
Deposits will always be refunded if your move has to be cancelled by myself. Should you wish to cancel your booking your deposit will only be refunded, in most circumstances, if you give at least 7 days notice of your booked date.
